Hello, sorry if I’ve missed it but I think the following may be omitted from the list:
-Arch-fronted Swimming Crab Polybius navigator
- Calvia decemguttata
Thanks, Tara

Thanks Tara.
1) The first appears to be called Liocarcinus navigator now.
2) Calvia decemguttata seems to be widespread in mainland Europe but isn't currently known from Britain as far as I know. Looks like the sort of thing that could turn up though. If you think you've seen it, it would be interesting to hear the details.
Cheers

Hello,
A few records now from Ashurst, Lyndhurst, Denny Wood (New Forest), Dibden Pulieu and also West End in Southampton from at least 4 individuals. The former all being this year, and the West End records from this year and 2024 as I understand it.
Happy to provide any further details. A photo of one of the records attached is taken in Lyndhurst, New Forest.
Thank you for the pointers on the crab, my search didn’t identify that, so that’s really appreciated.

Superb, I hadn't come across that news. I've even been down in the New Forest a fair bit this year, and will be back in September, so will keep my eyes open for this. Now added for you, thanks Tara.
